He's right, schools nowadays don't teach anything useful or related to living life your life the healthiest, happiest and longest you can. Schools teach you how to be a better employee

Most if not all exceptionally Intelligent people are not Social, comes with the territory of having to dial in
and isolate yourself for extended periods in order to execute goals
