My Grandma Died

My grandma just died today, my Mom is crying uncontrollably. My Mom hadn't seen her Mom in 4 years because she lives abroad. She had bought tickets multiple times to see her, but always had to postpone because of either family illness or covid lockdowns. She had finally gotten tickets to see her in September only for my grandma to die. I'm pretty devastated myself, but more so for my Mom. It's like she's lost the will to live now without her Mom. I don't know how to console her since I'd feel the same way if God forbid I lost my Mom.

My friend died 3 days ago too, he was only 18 and had a great future . The worst part about all of it, is all the fake friends coming out of the woodwork posting " miss u blah blah" in his FB page despite not seeing him in over a yr or more

It was february 2012, I went to see her one last time at the hospital, and the last thing I said to her was goodbye as I left. I’m happy it was, and her last hug is something I’ll not forget. Cheerish the memories you have of her and remember her, it’s the best you can do
