It doesn't taste like really really shit its just that im still adjusting because i eat a lot of cooked meats and mostly muscle meat so thats why im not adjusted to raw organs it actually looks slightly fresh its like mid not the lowest quality but not the highest its been weeks since i ate liver but im feeling fine and even better

Its mostly a myth tho you dont really absorb the toxins and also sourcing matter if you get it from a clean butcher who sells fresh meat it wont harm you

yeah i was referring to bad quality liver. there can still be antibiotic residues in the liver if given shortly before slaughter. it depends on the country too. in some regions they dont inspect the animal before killing it. but ofc, if your are buying from a good source its fine.
