So today, when my grandparents saw me, they started worrying about my well-being and tried to force me to see a doctor. i'm actively leaning down, almost at my ideal bf%. the thing is, I kinda understand why people talk about gym, even if minimal 1/2x a week, maybe i'll end up changing my mind in the end and packing some muscle like vinniehacker, not more than a 3/4kgs
