my growth spurt is killing me

started 2 months ago and like is slowing killing me
i have knee pain,sacrum pain,achilles tendon pain,arms pain,fingers pain,shoulder pain etc and they only get stronger every each day.yesterday I couldt even walk because of my knee pain and sacrum pain.
now also the appetion for food had increased extremly huge like yesterday I eat 10000 calories and I am still hungry and I even drink 6 liters of water and I am still hungry
and I haven't grown a single cm only that all my pants are too small.
what can I do in this situation ?
