My gym progress over 8 months (5’11, 08)

The first pics are dated around August/September last year, I just hated the way I looked before I even picked up a weight (it was way worse than these before pics), I knew I had to lock in after a ltb called me a stick :feelswhy:, I ran a 6 week bpc cycle and pinned cjc+ipa (idk how much that contributed to my current physique) whenever I fucking felt like it to cope around 6 months ago due to my severe tendinitis after ego lifting the fuck outta every lift:hnghn: I’d say bpc fs helped cure it and I ordered more cuz my shoulder is lwk fucked rn, I was 138-140lbs when I started now I’m 168lbs and the goal is to reach 200 lean. :cool: I’m open to tips and want to know how to improve :feelsyay:

Ngl roids are kinda scary and I’m not educated enough on them so imma wait till 20 at least :trepidation:

bruh roids changed my face and bones 10x more than hgh it didnt do a thing
