I train 4 days a week and i actually have programming knowledge unlike some of these ppl brahs on this site. I can answer any questions :)

Too much volume imo just go hard on compounds
 
Not a terrible routine tbh but it's a lot of volume for my taste. Weird you put amrap on some stuff, why wouldn't you go to failure on everything? And what rpe are you training with
