My hair gets greasy literally 2 days after shampooing. I’m in a loop. I shower at night, then I use sea salt spray in the morning. it does nothing because i already shampooed the night before. The next day, I use sea salt spray and it works because my hair isn’t too dry, but i have to shampoo that day or else it will get too greasy

ur prob using a shitty shampoo plus no conditioner get a good natural conditioner paired with a natural shampoo and shampoo ur hair like twice a week maybe even once if ur hair gets really greasy quick

Start shampooing once a week, it’s gonna be greasy as fuck but it’s just a trust the process kind of thing. After a month or so your hair will have adapted to that, so now it doesn’t get greasy that often. That’s what I did. Or hop on accutane.

I’ll do that over summer break, I don’t want to be seen with greasy ass hair
