My hair hurts a lot when I don't shower for like more than one day

This didn't happen until like a year ago. I guess it's because I'm balding. I'm 100% sure I will be fully bald by 25, so I just want to make the process faster and shave it all already.
If I shave it all and go full bald will the pain stops?
