I use a Kérastase resistance bain volumifique shampoo and Pureology fullfyl conditioner for fine hair with a basic salt spray.

Topical: be sure you don't have a fungal issue by using ketoconazole shampoo. Though it's known for its anti-androgenic effect when used topically, I don't recommend using it for that purpose because longterm use can irritate the scalp and cause hair loss. If itching remains, occasional use of T-Gel shampoo helps.

The secret is to combine anti-androgens and positive hair growth regulators while avoiding negative hair growth regulators.
