I used to have very flat hair. It is less flat and has more volume now. Here's what I did:
1) Washed my hair every two/three days instead of every single day.
2) Used gentle shampoos, like baby shampoo.
3) Bought products that don't have sulfates, parabens, etc.
4) Used a conditioner once or twice a week.
5) I stopped stressing my hair out by combing it too much or my drying too close with the hairdryer.
6) I also have dermatitis so I use Nizoral once a week.
