ive got semi long hair at the back (mullet) and all i use is shampoo, that’s it, everytime i always see a small clump of hair on the hair filter thingy on top of the drain

What’s causing this and how can I fix it?

wash your hair first with water then use the whole egg on your hair then wait around 10 minutes or so then rinse

Who told you that? androgenetic alopecia can start right in the middle of your head or vortex too. There's also Diffuse Pattern Alopecia. Your only options are DHT blockers but they have side effects or a hair transplant

im in puberty though, im badicslly trading a full head of hair for underdevelopment…

balding isnt rlly abt hair no being nourished , its moslty the dht making the hair falling and literally genetic pattern , even if ur hair is nourished it would keep falling , if u dont trust u can give a try to eggs but i dont think it will regrow ur hair , also that a high portein intake is enough to produce hair since ur body dont need external keratine ( protein ) to produce it , also stress is an etremely major factor , if u are below 17 and that it is falling , either watch the male in ur mom familly like uncle and see if they are balding etc if yh its genetic , but if not its prob another environemental factor , but its still balding so I would recommend fina or duta w minox , be aware of side effect too

Don’t worry too much bro. Mine used to fall out due to lack of cardio and shit diet and not eating enough animal products but it grows back once I got my habits in order and now have basically the thickest hair a person could have

idk if this is lifefuel but i think its just from scrubbing my hair aggresively, the frictions doing it im pretty sure, I went out the shower just a couple hours ago, didn’t use shampoo or scrub my hair, just cleaned my body and there werent any clumps of hair or anything…
