my hair looks so shit after i wash it

I have really good hair, very very thick and sometimes has too much volume

issue is after I use shampoo it looks ass like I have a slightly messy bob

but I need to use shampoo, head and shoulders because I get super bad dandruff if I don't

Use a shampoo without sulfuates and use a conditioner also and shampoo only 1-2 times a week

Well is becusss your hair produces oils faster than wavy and curly hair cause is easier to run through your hair cause is a straight line and what head and shoulders does is it removes all oils is very harsh and when that happens your scalp become drys and produes even more oils so that’s why I say buy a genetl shampoo with a good conditioner so it doesn’t do that
