I have this kinda issue where if I shampoo my hair it looks rather poorly for next 2 days, like it goes to the sides and looks very weak/stupid.

The shape of my hair looks better when its a bit greasy. The hair is then heavier, looks thicker, and goes down instead of going to the sides.

But then well, it's obviously greasy, and people don't like greasy.

Anyone else has this issue too?

I agree with the conditioner. When I used to have mid-length size hair, it would make my hair look way better. And you should shampoo your hair daily, especially if you put wax/clay/gel into it. I do my hair every day. Do not let it get greasy.

Also, don't just dry your hair. Make sure you put some product into it. Don't worry about balding and that shit. It's all genetic.
