part 1, a retarded habit
I grew up with healthy hair till about 15. I started getting these little pieces of skin or bumps on my scalp. For the satisfying feeling, I peeled them off and wouldn't feel any pain doing so it felt sooo good to peel them off for some reason. Everytime I did, the place would feel oily afterward.
Part 2, the careless dumbass
I kept doing this stupid habit of peeling off skin from my scalp. I was unaware of the damage I'd do long term. If only I wasn't so blinded by that soothing feeling of peeling it off. I even started getting dandruff and completely ignored it like a dumbass. (I wasnt blackpilled by then so I didnt care about my hair). If only I was blackpilled sooner.
Part 3, Its so over and its my fault
Shit man, I got INSANE dandruff after months of doing it. I kept doing it and doing it for about an year. IT TOOK A WHOLE YEAR TO REALIZE HOW BADLY IM FUCKING UP MY HAIR. NOW, I HAVE TO DEAL WITH HAVING A SMELLY SCALP, DANDRUFF, AND IM BALDING AT ONLY 18 BECAUSE OF ME. I wouldn't be this depressed about it if it weren't my fault, BUT IT IS. I had one job which was to be normal and I screwed it up. I haven't peeled my scalp in YEARS, yet I still have to deal with dandruff and my hair smelling musty. Who knows how long ill have this. I had it for so long and im tired of it. How can i unfuck my scalp?
