And I'll still be subhuman afterwards.

Makes me question the point of it all.

Funny world aint it.

Don't you already have a head full of hair?

That hair transplant is absolutely needed for you, your biggest failo now is by far your haidline. After that you should lean down / recompose your body by hopping on a lowcarb diet

I have been eating low carbs for 4 years+ now but not gonna lie food is still one of my major dopamine source, I’ve just changed from sweets to savoury treats. So now instead of binging on nutella pancakes I just gain dopamine from eating tasty savoury food, like cheeses, all kinds of dairy, grilled meat etc.

It might sound cope but sugar and sugar cravings really work like any other addictive substance, if you keep consuming it it’s very hard and painful to stop, but if you abstain from it after some time you no longer seek it. After these years, I no longer feel attracted to sugary things. i still consume them sometimes but I don’t crave them. It gets lot easier with time

You live in the Netherlands, there are many very tasteful cheeses and other dairy products there, those would be a huge source of dopamine for me.

They aren’t inherently evil, it’s just that fruit is easy to overeat. If you enjoy them eat them, just don’t go overboard
