My hands look so small compared to even a few years ago

my arms kept growing and my forearm is pretty big I also grew a few inches but my hand size stopped at 15. My hand size was fine when I was 5'4 before hitting puberty hard but its very unproportional.

Worst part is my dads hand is like twice as big I don't need big hands just one's proportional to my arms

Will my hands still grow... Trying to HGH max but I'm worried if I grew a few more inches it would make them look even worse. I lift so its not like I'm a pussy who doesn't do anything with my hands I have rough skin but its still very small.

As for hand growth, yeah man, I don't know, as much HGH as you can acquire along with all that other height growth supplement shit ASAP, but tbh it might be too late right now, might wanna check first before you start doing this shit.

I've heard of finger lengthening, never heard of this, I think finger lengthening is super risky though and can fuck up your hands permanently, so I wouldn't recommend

TBH OP it really depends on how small your hands are, mine are very small for a guy my size but it hasn't really been a problem for me, I would love to make them bigger and am doing the best I can at the moment but I have just learned to accept their size in a way. LMK if you want to know more.

I could do one hand first. If the hand is unusable afterwards, I would still have my right one. Which would be enough to pull the trigger of a shotgun. I'd say it's worth a try for me because my handsize is literally in the bottom 1 percentile.

hgh can help you but you need to blast for years. Regarding the height dont worry, you’re not going to gain a single inch at 19

I grew half an inch at 18-19 its possible man but either way my face is good enough. Its possible to get 2 inches of height I think
