NEEDED ASAP:

Gonial angle: 126 range

Jaw frontal angle: 79-81 range

Ipsilateral angle: 88-89 range

Ramus implant/jaw angle implant to fix the deviation and unideal gonial angle

Bring gonial angle to 118 degrees, therefore bringing the frontal angle to 87 degrees (not 100% sure if it works that way) fixing the deviation and putting me in tier 1 in all those assesments


Rhinoplasty
to bring 1.17-1.2 nose to mouth ratio up to 1.4-1.5 ideally

Some type of alar base reduction

Make the front shape ideal, looks like a bulbous blob of slop

Along with this, ill shave the nasion to make the nasofrontal angle from 140 degrees to a solid 125

Will also be getting dorsal hump slightly shaved down to keep a masculine shape


Not urgent:

Supra orbital fat graft

After i fix these, i’ll be 85-90% harmony
