Im currently in training and wagecucking in truck driving, that's the only way for me so far to afford my trimax + obo+tripod+ LL>tibia for now with dr parihar, fit bone is 40k, too much in meantime, I can make a 100k a year if I push it extra and be a baller, but you know in general, ain't no way I'll afford money for big surgeries wagecucking in regular 9-5 cashier or food services 14 bucks an hour, so I choose trucking at 21, it's regional account, so driving between states, i gotta park in tight places, load/unload, drive hours, 200-300+ miles daily, its a harsh job somebody has to do it, it has goods and bads, more goods than bads for me in opinon, 1st: its a good job for LTNS and below though, atleast you alone, no boss on top of your crown, no customers, no minimum wage, no normies, no heightmog, nothing, just you and the road and when unloading, you interact with 1 guy every store u unload for paperwork ofc, not a big deal, but it has harsh environment sides, like feeling sleepy most of time, sleeping in truck, fatigue, high skill based driving, always alert, 90 degree parking, but it pays great though, that's the thing, that's why I'm tolerating it for a year cuz it rewards your work with some okay, just depends on where you work for, ill get paid after training for mileage + unloading/loading/hook/unhook, if I don't switch to local, which is easier and home daily, i can make 80-90k+ a year average, this or nothing tbh, my last resort, also here's a quick overview of my trimax plan consult with ramieri year ago, not the final plan look, just consult i had over a year ago cuz I'm obo candidate, I'll go to giant this just for braces concerns, with giant and other doctors, plan might be different since i need to have full funds to start a consult, that's why i had consult with ramieri for braces situation, this just general idea I don't think it will conflict between ram and giant since both professional, not sure for braces

It's extremely difficult and complicated to get it currently, talked with dr burak he does it, steinbacher offer it in some cases If needed not sure if only for function reasons, maybe he does for cosmetics too, giant implants gg, idk what happened to him, dr burak said obo not necessary in my case, idk man, im planning on stopping obo in meantime, my plan is going for double ll, trimax now. Yup the financial mog just like looks and everything else never stops. Obviously you have the streamers and nepo baby celebrities and trust fund chads etc of the world who make comical amounts of money for essentially existing

For example my bosses’ bosses’ boss nearly makes in one month what takes me a year to make. But he actually busts his ass and works like 80 hour weeks and is decades into his career so I can respect that tbh

On paper to become muh Chad yes I need basically everything like you, double LL, clavicle lengthening, OBO, Trimax, full face of implants, and tons of soft tissue work but I’ve come to accept that’s never ever going to be financially viable for me

So instead I have decided to cope with reasonable procedures like genio infras and filler spread out over years to 1. at least mitigate my fixable / semi-fixable low hanging fruit failos and 2. secure my place in the “invisible normie” looks hierarchy (to avoid the worst of the failo effect at work and while out and about in the world etc)

I will never slay, never have an LTR, will have missed out on my prime years etc but fuck man what can you do. Best case scenario for me is to just stay working in the construction industry and get my license and after all my surgeries max out my retirement accounts like a good little boy and just minimize the pain day to day

Yes l know, I thought the same about the lips and the teeth something is odd, that's why i reconsulted with him again, but it was his helpers the zoom call with not ramieri unfortunately, I discussed with him about this, dont remember all he said, but he said it will be fine, and the lower lip protrudeing just healing process, "this plan is without braces" but I still see a flaw in it, so I asked him will braces fix this lips? He said probably or it will be similar to this w/without braces either way, i told him "but the 1st consultation with ramieri himself, he recommends braces" if that's what he recommends, then you should go with it, i just had some conflict with braces in usa, someone quote me for 11k for braces, no way I'm paying this amount, im looking for cheaper orthodontist later

Its little bad i think, not sure the exact measurement, but seems like 0.43 something, not 100% my concern in meantime, I have other things, like trimax is mandatory, LL, losing some weight, coloring/contrast, PHENOTYPE<= extremely important, growing hair long like curtains hairstyle or whatever, these for now
