Decided to get my permanent retainers out as I read they can contribute to headaches/neck and shoulder tension.
Day of the appointment they call and ask to reschedule to 30 mins later. I get there 15 mins before the new agreed time, left waiting 30 mins post time before they saw me.
On the phone they told me it would cost E270 to get new removable retainers made. Bit pricey but I agreed.
I'm lying in the chair with the googles and everything on when the ortho says "so you know about our pricing"
"yeah, it costs E270 for the removable retainers."
"yeah but there's also a charge to remove the fixed ones." (a process that takes 5 mins, every other place i called said it was free.)
"no i didn't know that, how much is it."
"i'm not sure, I don't really like talking about prices i prefer to just do the work."
(at this point my blood is starting to boil.)
I don't say anything so she starts to find the prices on her computer. (as if she didn't know her own service charge JFL)
"it's E58 per retainer but they don't look too hard to remove so I'll charge you E40 less., is that okay?"
"Not really...Im going to leave it." I said as i got up and started to leave.
"oh...okay."
JFL the balls to say they don't like talking about prices, how about 0 as the price then you dumb bitch.
Anyway i left and gave them a 1 star review, they barely had any reviews so it dropped their overall rating by 0.5 stars.
