My head hurts so fucking bad I think it’s going to explode

I thought I had meningitis or some shit. But this is day three of the headache so I’d be dead right now. I also have a stuffy nose.

Why the actual fuck do humans have sinuses? Can I get my sinuses removed? What the actual fuck is this shit. I’ve taken acetaminophen and everything and nothing fucking works.

same i woke up with my brain pulsating today i think it comes from consuming too much negative content and rotting
