bro i would risk my life for this shit tbh. It fucks up my harmony so bad tbh. My skull isn't mean to have this shit on my cranium. It legit made my face too wide during puberty. I need cheek reduction also. ALSO LEFORT 3 UNIRONICALLY. . My plan is to reshape the skull, then get forehead/occiput implants for a proportional neurocranium/splanchocranium relationship. While Getting bimax downgrafting + implants. But realistically Lefort 3 is the only play here. I have to get loans and into debt to save my skull and look relatively human. IT NEVER BEGAN WHEN THE ODDS ARE AGIANST YOU, PLUS IM NOT RICH. I need tens of thousnads of money just to reverse a deformity that came from an injury when i was 6 which fucked up my puberty/life
