resting heartrate from 100-120 bpm for past 3 days
stage 2 hypertension on readings for blood pressure

time to start hospitalmaxxing. should be an easy fix but fuck me take everything and explode theory is real

hahaha yeah pretty obviously. im on a very low dose currently as i respond very well to it

increased resting hr is genuinely brutal. i suppose it burns a bunch more calories though blood pressure is the real kicker rn

Yeah man thats not good, get checked out. I have tachycardia too i havent checked it out yet but its harmless since my hr is high only after eating, consuming alcohol/caffeine

going to schedule an emergency appointment soon. couple other worrying symptoms appeared recently so will be getting full bloods drawn again and (hopefully) a 24hr-7 day ecg monitor
