Ive had 140 beats resting and sometimes even skipping beats from drinking 5 cups of coffe daily

Happened all throughout my childhood with my parents, just do a sport like rowing or sum because that will make u friends and be a sort of distraction

Oh, shit. That's probably my issue!
I've been drinking several strong espressos every day now to offset my lethargy from getting shit sleep. I'm kind of disappointed that it isn't over for me yet, though.

My mom had these and then had a heart attack when she was 50, she survived and we’ve done a lot to minimize stress and they’ve only come back a couple times since then.

4 months ago I was super depressed and thought about my inceldom and I cried and my heart literally shot me a clearing pain.

I didn’t realise until then you you can be in so much emotional pain that your literal physical heart breaks

I refuse to die to some wench so now I am based and never cry over women
