For us poisers masturbating is the same as smoking or other bad habits the allergy inflammation we get is damaging our blood vessels and stressing our organs causing all sorts of bad symptoms that will age us and even threaten our lives down the line

I rarely last longer than 15 days but I try to tell myself this when im close to releasing :/
