My height chart what does it mean?

Can someone please look at this and let me know how tall i may end up or what it means? My dad is like 6’1 or 6’2 and my mom is 5’. The doctor said the drop in percentile from 80th to 25th may be a sign of growth hormone deficiency. Im going to an endocrinologist to get full bloodwork and a growth plate xray in august. Currently im 15 and 5’5.2, as shown in the chart

if you have growth defiency hop on hgh and igf 1 peptide u should be atleast 5'11 from what it sounds but genetic is weird cus i am 6'1 but my parents are 5'3 and 4'10

I love my mom and honestly id rather have a 5’ mom and a 6’2 dad than a 5’ mom and a 5’8 dad, honestly i am mad but its whatever, long as i end up 5’10 or above im happy
