My height has decreased from the age 13

How is your sitting height so short and you're gonna claim a high of 5'7? I'm 169cm and my sitting height is 90cm with no ass, and I have long legs

I paid for actual physical therapy, so it changed a lot over time and used a lot of diff machines. Things you could do at home would be installing a pullup bar so you can do hangs for spinal decompression and general stretches that target whatever you think your issues are. For example my at home routine for upkeep that I do before weight training is: bridge pose, cobra pose, forward fold, lying & standing leg raises, clamshells, squats and then I do pull ups & chinups and hit the weights. Bad posture can be rooted in a lot of things, most commonly in the feet archs or hips. For me it was literally everything, feet, hips, back and all lol. My recommendation would be to start googling how to check for various imbalances that lead to bad posture, there are informational videos on it. Once you get a general idea of your problems you can then look into different exercises to target those weaknesses.

People also say I was tall and large as a kid
(in comparison to other teenagers)
Rn I'm 20 and ~171cm at morning after half a year of heightmaxxing.
