My height never reached potential because I used to save money rather than eat when I was younger

All so that I could buy second hand PS3 games or new clothes. I come from a very poor family. I would be on free school meals - but tbh I would never get lunch because it felt embarrassing to be the poor kid. Around 5% of kids got free school meals.

Still my mother used to give me money every time I went out with friends. Usually £2 - which was enough at the time for goyslop (chicken and chips). I would pretend like I bought it but instead I would just save the money. £2 meant a lot to me - but now I throw this money away. Other kids were constantly given money and buy new games / clothes. I had to keep up.

This is all very regrettable. I was like 45kg when I was 14 - I don't think my height has grown since. I was pretty tall growing up above average. Stunted my growth because I wanted to play games and keep up with latest stuff.

If genetics is 90 percent of height, then that means 10 percent diet? In which case:
Lets assume average height: 175 cm
175*0.1=17,5 cm

That means a 17,5 centimeters of height difference. That's literally the difference between 175 cm and 192,5 cm
