yeah add a fgfr3 inhib, infi is mid, inferior to erda and tyra

for height TYRA-300 is the best but only run infigratinib or erdafitinib if you have exogenous hormones because they both stop GnRH signaling or it basically turned off your HPTA axis kinda

No. Infig and other FGFR3 inhibitors have a very limited effect on plates at their typical clinical doses. If ur going to add anything to ur "stack" besides HGH and AIs, it’s better to go with vosoritide.

Yes. The difference in potency between them is minimal and can largely be ignored

Well, u do need AIs to suppress estradiol’s effect on the plates, steroids alone don’t do the job effectively
