i stopped using glucosamine, gonna do a thread on the research soon.
berberine is mitigated by the sheer amounts of igf-1 that is being produced from the gh peptides im taking.
high gh increases igf-1 thats the entire point

don't use meclozine bro, meclozine inhibits histamine while histamine activates the pi3K pathway and the pi3k pathway is crucial for height growth, any dysfunction of it will lead to growth retardation so no wonder why you "didn't grow much"

Meclizine does not inhibit or stop the production histamine, it works by blocking the h1 histamine receptors. The h1 receptor family is not related to the p13k pathway.
Just because something is an antihistamine doesnt mean it actually inhibits the production of histamine, rather it means that it has a function based on the histamine system which involves many. it does not inhibit growth.

yes this is true however it could be different in humans (probably not) since that study was done in ovariectomized rats.
