My hematocrit levels are at 61,4%

Got my blood work back after being on 300mg and then switching to 250mg + 120mg Primo.

My levels before taking roids were totally in range btw. Also my MCV is at 108.3 fl rn

I slept really bad for like a month straight and drank maybe 1l of Water per day.

Fixing that rn. I will drink at least 3L per day and increasing my Cardio workouts. Also doing some research on meds I could take.

I can’t typically donate blood since I’m a T1D and it wouldn’t be helpful in the long run anyway.

Do you have any suggestions?

I heard about low dosing aspirin but I don’t know if it’ll do much.

What sounds interesting to me at the moment is taking Naringin, IP-6, Telmasartin

you shouldn't be on roids in the first place when you can't stick to simple habits

61% is really bad maybe cruise for a while. Telmi or other meds won't help much in these hct ranges
