HGH has made my face start to bloat and I can't handle looking at myself without feeling an overwhelming sense of doom.
Is Aqualyx the only viable method I don't want to lower my dosage.

However, why be in such a rush? I recently read a post that looksmaxing takes patience. You have to be bloated for a while in order to look better after. You've been here since almost a year, I'm sure you grasp this concept to some extent.
