I have money saved and I'm planning on getting a few surgeries over the next year or two, I know I need to fix my infras but would fat grafting or implants be more worth it? For my jaw I'm thinking VRO or possibly gonial angle implants, what other surgeries would be a good investment for me?

Fat grafting has the biggest roi for eyes. And your infras are t even bad, To widen your jaw it’s tricky, technically the best roi is fillers but you need to dissolve after a year and a good injector will run you pretty expensive so it’s not sustainable in the long run, and implants imo are only good when designed conservatively

What @moltisantichincel said. Although I would deem fillers to be worth a try, at least as a reversible aesthetic experiment.

@seasonedjelqer67 To improve your face significantly, you would need to fix the ramus, bigonial width, chin height & width, philtrum length, nose width & projection.
So your list of surgical procedures would be the following :
- rhinoplasty
- lip lift
- fillers to the gonions / jaw angle implants
- fillers to the chin / genioplasty
- fat grafting to the undereyes

can you explain why you have dissolve after a year ? does it not go away on its own

I don’t actually exactly know much about fillers, but I do know that dissolving is better than not dissolving in between injections
