I remember that they used to be about 79 cm a year or two ago. They were about 82cm when I joined the forum and they are now 85cm. My chest is 81cm (I measured the point just under my armpits), they've also grown (mainly from gyno) they used to be about 78cm.

I haven't gotten fatter, my waist is the same at 70cm and I've stayed around 55kg and sometimes hit 50kg.

Didn't know people unironically took the time to draw oddly specific body measurements regularly, if your progress shows then it shows. Seems a bit self conscious to me
I'm very self conscious about this stuff. Seeing any increase in something like bone size freaks me out and I start measuring it like ten times to be sure.

I'll force feed you meat covered in fatty oils and heavy metals
I'd rope if I ever got fat.

I really want a thinner waist. The ideal waist is supposed to be 60cm. Chest and hips should be 90cm and waist 60cm.

That 10cm that I need to lose.

Did u hop on estrogen
no, I think my natural estrogen levels have increased or my testosterone levels have decreased. I have a slight tingling in my nipples which never used to happen.

The only thing you could do if you wanna stop them from growing is hop on a Roid plus an AI.Otherwise you need to accept your fate

what is an "AI"?

Also, what is my fate?

AI is an aromatase inhibitor, so less testosterone gets converted into estrogen

Stop measuring your hips with circumference.

Do point to point measurements. That way you measure bone width, not fat or glutte muscles etc

That is probably what is happening, my aromatase levels are likely too high

It's not just from estrogen? Why would low test on its own do that?
testosterone prevents your hips from growing.Just look at the castratis they got castrated before puberty and got massive hips besides
low E

I see, my growth plates haven't fused yet so they're probably going to keep growing for a few years if nothing is done.

What are your thoughts on my hip growth?

Mine is likely caused by excessive estrogen levels.

Do you think that Gandy has low T? Or Jay Cutler, Mr Olympia for like 4 times?

I have wide hips thread coming, stay tuned.

Gandy has shit tier clavicles and its genetics how sensitive different parts of your body are to testosterone

Gandy has bad frame, which has nothing to do with testosterone, therefore what you wrote checks BS

Same story for Cutler (not being low T - therefore HGH and genes).

If you actually want to know why hips grow more than others, some spoilers:
genes, high HGH exposure even after plate closure, high T aromatizing to Estrogen or even high aromatization rate, ESTROGEN receptors and high femoral head to iliac crest ratio.

Nothing of the above has to do with low T at all. Even high E is more relevant than T.

My height has decreased. I used to be 5'9 but am now 5'8.2. My hips have rotated a bit, whenever I stand, I naturally lean on one leg now.

It has nothing to do, idiot. With your logic Gandy wasn't exposed to T.

people with klinefelter syndrome have wide hips and grow taller on average than people without it because they produce less testosterone and have therefore also less estrogen. according to your logic they shouldnt have wider hips then people without klinefelter

You're an utter idiot. People with Klinefelter's have a syndrome where a male has an additional copy of the X chromosome.

Do an experiment, take a person with Klinefelter's and juice him up while going through puberty with high T. Do you think he'll get narrower hips?

if he gets trt while going through puberty, yes it would prevent his hips from growing because he then has hormonal profile from a male without klinefelters. How can you be so low IQ?

Do you understand what an additional chromosome does? With your logic Gandy and Cutler had low T.

Idiot.
