My history of back pain

Ive had back problems since I was 13 and twice a year I get pain so bad I can't stand i thought it was my kidneys but I've gone to the hospital and they said it's just the side affects of growing taller rapidly from 5'4 to 5'8 in a year then a slow down but now it's speeding up again grown from. 5'10 to 6'1 in about a year the pain during these episodes kills me it feels worse then when I broke bones

I have a sense of dread when my lower back start tingling because I know the pain is not far behind

I walk alot that's about it I don't care for most sports accept baseball and sometimes football

Sleep straight, do normal 1 minute stretches
Have enough fat on your body
