downturned corners that are only getting worse, and almost constant angular cheilitis due to saliva accumulating there..

also the top lip is thin and angles are too steep. do you think a lip lift is the best approach ?

might get the nasolab done at the same time. or just rope, which is less expensive

i made a rough idea of what a lip lift might be able to achieve

before >>> after

- upper lip pulled forward and up.. appearing larger
- sides of upper lip much bigger, close to normal
- downturned sides erased completely
- cupids bow maintained and lifted
- philtrum made somewhat smaller (4 mm)
- straighter line between lips (not sure?)

what do you think ? i might even shop this to some surgeons to see if it's realistic

if you post a pic i can try before..after too
