My idea on how to get a better nose shape,please help me with revising this idea

so i was thinking,if i cut between the nostrils kinda where a septum piercing would be done and cut back until right before its hard cartilage,could it heal kinda more upwards if i kept supporting it upwards somehow,i dont know how entirely this would work but im open for improvements to this idea(this would turn a hook nose,in theory, to more of a straight-button nose) please help with suggestions on how to improve this idea
