You shouldnt do breaks, thats not how growth works, do it non stop for as long as u need, thats better tbh

but what about the insulin resistance?, there is a way to run hgh for long time and avoid insulin resistence?

Impressive. It definitely seems to cap around 800ng/ml from what I've seen.

As a teen I got 840+ but that was on 10iu alongside GHRHs/GHRPs

i’ve heard that taking gh + peptides is redundant since you cannot boost your natural production with peptides when on gh. Is it true?

tren mainly as its the best for making the receptors more sensitive but most other steroids like test, deca, will make you produce more igf-1 its just specifically tren that makes the receptors more sensitive which is better if hgh is being used

its not necessarily better it just depends on the situation and if your having to take breaks, have blood glucose issues, or extreme water retention in these cases I would try eod dosing to see if relieves symptoms.

I grew 3 cm from the start of HGH over approximately 9 months. However, during the breaks, my growth stopped completely, so the actual HGH usage was around 7 months.

Before starting HGH, my growth was only 0.5 cm over 5 months.

Once I finish my cycle, I’ll try to get more accurate data, as these numbers are just estimates for now.
