my social autism is getting worse and worse,

i wish i could lower my ihibib

sometimes i will plan to speak but right before i open my mouth i just… * stop* and my brain starts overthinking the minor things where i can’t even focus on anything, my brain and eyes are bobbling around the room scanning everything while my heartbeat is racing
