my infra orbitals are recessed 13yo any method to fix?

well I've heard that marpe pushes the surrounding bones lifting the infra orbitals but not sure

yes and no, because i already have a narrow palate and crooked teeth so i think that marpe would help me anyways and adding support to my infras would be a side benefit if that.
