I've always had dark circles under my eyes, even as a 1 year old in photos I had them, because my face is deformed, and I remember through my childhood I would always get comments about not sleeping enough because of them. My parents used to get on my ass all the time for never sleeping and staying up too late apparently when I was in middle school and would say "look at your eyes!!" when it's their fault that they are this way

I gave up trying to convince them of anything a long time ago tbh and it bled into my entire life, I try to be as agreeable and palatable as possible to avoid any more attention on myself, that's what being a truecel is like tbh
