My inner elbows are sore from pull ups

I barely even do many
I aim for 30 a day on days I work, and 50 on days I don't, in sets of 5 throughout the day

Usually I get wrist problems, but for the last couple of days it's been my inner arms around the elbows

It's annoying cos it stops me doing them as much as I'd want. Probably cos I don't really stretch or warm up before

It's spread throughout the day
It's the only exercises I do
Was doing push ups too but stopped with wrist pain but restarting knuckle push ups
