but honestly i think close set eyes is the biggest falio of them all. Having cyclops tier eyes makes your face so ugly and unappealing to look at, i scroll through selfies i take and look in disgust at my genetics. I been look around for fixes and you legit can't fix this flaw. No surgeon is gonna do a lefort 3 tier procedure to completely smash and rearrange facial bones to fix this flaw unless you're a deformed 5 yr old. only hope is maybe make your nose thinner with rhino to make your eyes appear more wide set than reality.

its a malar osteotomy, not as invasive as a LF3
