Wake Up after Long night sleep.

Go for a 30 Minute walk. (Highly important)
Take:
Omega 3 (2 Tablets)
Amino acids
A-z multivitamins and Minerals
Panax ginseng
Ginkgo (i Take 2 of those Tablets)
Curcuma+Vitamin D 500% daily intake
Extra Calcium,Magnesium and Iron (to get Over 100% daily intake)
Extra Vitamin B12 500% DI
B-vitamins are all at 300%

Shower
Change clothes
Brush teeth.

Lets Go.
