Phase 2: Lower Third - Trimax, Jaw Angles

Phase 3: Potential Soft Tissue Feature Refinement - Canthoplasty, Commissuroplasty + Lip Lift (depending upon how things have redraped from above procedures). Also nw0 HT

Phase 4: Body Osteotomies - Double LL, Distraction Clavicle Lengthening, Nuss Bar

Phase 5+: Facial Rejuvenation - Face Lifts + Neck Lifts + Blephs + Fat Grafts; repeat as needed

Underlying softmaxxes: healthy-ish lifestyle, leanmaxxing, spf + taz, dut + min, co2 laser, laser hair removal, teeth whitening, hair dye (eventually), hair system (eventually - senescent alopecia’s a bitch)

Things to keep an eye on: new longevity interventions, new hardmaxxes, new non-cope ND treatments

Budget: 20k a year after softmaxxes (heavily contingent upon living-with-parents-maxxing)

Disclaimers:

- Facial hardmaxxes are based upon my best guess as to what I need. If I can ever land a mythical consult with Giant, things may be subject to change
-I probably won’t hit the maintenance phase till well into my 30s just due to cost alone
- Abused dog syndrome, pessimism, neurodivergence, and average salary wageslaving are almost certainly here to stay. It is what it is.
- Best case ascension scenario is likely LTN->HTN

On track to hit 30k in savings by Q4 this year, just about enough to cover OBO. But will build up a cushion to cover potential revisions heading into 2026 and aim for surgery that summer.

But if it takes longer than that, no biggie. It’s already over, and this is a lifelong project

I’ve come close countless times, believe me. But ultimately, I don’t want to give up completely, at least not yet, because I’ve both seen and experienced first hand how good life can be. And for the first time ever since finding the bp, I can chart a path forward towards ascension that isn’t a complete and total pipe dream. So I know better times are possible still
