I had plump cheeks (today, at 21, I don't have anymore), but I never again achieved a low BF like in this photo

Not. But I think jaw development ended at that age, because it's very different (in a bad way), or is it just the fat (my BF is at 17)

I'm not sure what it looks like because my BF% has been very high since that age (I'm 17% and was 20% most of my life)
