My jaw has gotten wider and I need to resverse it

I think i subconciously developed bruxism + i did go from 140lb to 155lb at 5'11 which was all fat

do you guys think it is the bruxism or the fat? Gaining weight did give me hooded eyes as I was underweight before, i look more intimidating now which I wanna fix

btw if u really have bruxism ur gonna have a very high short face from grinding ur teeth to hell..get a mouth guard and maybe put a bit of rest on the chewing

i was 6 and 135 1.5 yr back i bulked but last year i just went NEET and ate carbs and sugar and got skinny fat
