you’re probably underestimating your actual body fat; most people do this and are actually 5-10% higher. you should have at least slightly visible abs if you’re truly at 15%. you’re probably around 22-25%

I really need to start doing cardio or something JFL doing a full cycle with just mean I’m eating more and probably going to end with higher bf% I should look into having self control or appetite suppressants

long as you’re in a calorie deficit while maintaining your strength, you’re bound to get down to 10-12% body fat. cardio isn’t really necessary to get lean since it doesn’t build muscle or “burn fat”; it just increases your calories burned. it’s way easier to just be in a calorie deficit and maintain your strength or progress, which essentially replaces fat cells in your body with muscle

I have a diet goal, it is about 2k calories I believe (6 eggs + 1lbs beef for breakfast and an 8oz steak for dinner)

Probably gonna end up at like 1/4 stick of butter per day and just eat the steak raw which is more calories
