My jaw is recessed and unaligned with my maxilla. What do I do?

When i mew (idk if it works or not im just doing it jfl) i have to push forward my jaw and to the right so that it aligns with my maxilla and my upper front teeth.

Thats how it looks when my back teeth touch (and when i chew)

And thats how it looks when i mew (i dont push my lower front teeth THAT much just did it for the pic)

Just hope you can pass the bridge in the afterlife well and if you can’t then a oven is waiting for your ass

There’s a theory that if you keep your teeth in contact with your mandible resting in a forward position, it will become natural over time. I guess if you keep jutting your mandible slightly while mewing, it could eventually become natural but I’m not really sure since I haven’t tried.

Thats what ive been doing but ive noticed when i go to sleep and i lay my head on the pillow from the right side its like my jaw compresses to the left a lot and it looks like the first pic

what do you think duh

jaw surgery

Is there a specific type? Idk anything about this shit
BSSO for the lower jaw
Le Fort 1 for the upper jaw but it only moves the alveolar part, there is a Le Fort 3 surgery which moves everything forward but surgeons don't wanna do it because the eye nerves are involved so it's usually reserved for ultra deformed people and car crash victims

genioplasty for the chin
there is a surgery called IMDO instead of BSSO which uses distractors instead of permanent plates but there are only a few people in the world who provide it and it's mostly reserved for teens and young adults

there are implants for the cheek bones as Le Fort 1 doesn't include them as I already said
there is SARPE for widening the upper jaw

there is also an appliance called MSE which can widen your upper jaw and it's likely superior and less brutal than SARPE
some people try to move forward their midface by using a reverse pull headgear together with MSE but the results are quite minimal

yeah there is a lot you might wanna google and look up here on this forum, you can then decide what you think you might need or you can contact some surgeon and get his opinion instead

or you can contact Ronald Ead (a blackpilled youtuber) who does private calls with people and hooks them up with orthos and surgeons
