My jaw is stuck naturally in a permajutt Help

i have a pretty bad recessed chin or overbite or wtv

year ago i started pushing my bottom row of teeth to touch my top row/like have it slightly behind

looks 100x better but now its stuck this way which i can say i guess its a good thing but now whenever its normal that shit is uncomfortable and hurts

ive never had braces before should i consult with an orthodontist to see if they can actually fix my jaw?

lowkey its not as bad of an underbite as i remember i barley view myself with the actual natural bite
